Three Beautiful Bathrooms, One Calm Guided Process

The Brief

This client needed to renovate three bathrooms simultaneously; each required a new layout, style and storage solution tailored to its specific purpose. They needed a designer who could bring clarity, calm and confidence to make the process manageable and supportive.

My Approach

I’m often told I have the patience of a saint, and over the years I’ve turned that into my superpower.

My guided process is designed to remove overwhelm, simplify choices and help clients feel supported from start to finish.

For this project, that meant:

  • breaking the decisions into clear, manageable stages
  • presenting options visually so the client could compare with ease
  • ensuring each bathroom complemented the home while still having its own identity
  • coordinating finishes, fittings and layouts so everything worked seamlessly together

And yes — plenty of coffee helped too.

From the very first conversation, my focus was on bringing calm, clarity and structure to what could easily have felt like an overwhelming project. With three bathrooms being redesigned at the same time, the client needed someone who could guide the process gently, simplify decisions and hold the bigger picture with confidence. Throughout the project, they felt supported, reassured and able to enjoy the transformation without stress. Every stage was broken down into manageable steps, every choice explained clearly, and every detail considered with care. The result wasn’t just three beautiful bathrooms — it was a smooth, enjoyable experience that left the client feeling understood, looked after and excited to invite me back to transform two more rooms in their home.
